Mindfulness retreats are specially curated spaces in which you can get away from the realities of your busy lifestyle and connect to the things that matter. The goal of the retreat is to help you slow down and focus on you. Reflective activities will be offered to help you search for meaning and purpose. You'll end the retreat with a renewed spirit, ready to incorporate some new habits into your busy world.
Although meditation is incorporated into the retreats, it is only a small part of it. There are walks and down time to reflect on what's most important. You will also eat delicious food and possibly make some new connections with others or - better yet - with yourself!
The retreats typically last 2 to 3 days in a beautiful location that is surrounded by nature.
