📅 March 11-14, 2027 | Ghost Ranch, New Mexico
You've done everything you were supposed to do.
You worked hard. You earned the degree. You built the career. You showed up for your team, your family, and your community.
On paper, you're successful. So why does it still feel like you're chasing something just beyond your reach?
For so many high achievers, life becomes an endless cycle of "what's next?" The next promotion. The next milestone. The next vacation. The next school year. The next version of yourself. We become so focused on achieving our lives that we rarely stop long enough to experience them.
You've invested years building a successful career and a meaningful life. This is your chance to invest in the person who holds it all together.
We spend years developing technical expertise and professional credentials, yet the skills that shape the quality of our work—and our lives—are often the ones we spend the least time practicing. Self-awareness. Emotional intelligence. Resilience. Communication. Curiosity. Presence. Courage.
These aren't "soft skills." They're foundational human skills.
They influence every conversation, every decision, every relationship, and every leadership moment. This experience doesn't just teach these skills—it gives you the time and space to practice them, experience them, and make them your own.
For 3½ days, you'll step away from the meetings, the emails, the carpools, the deadlines, and the constant pull of technology. In a world that keeps us perpetually connected, you'll have the rare opportunity to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.
This isn't about escaping your life.
It's about returning to it differently.
Through coaching, thoughtful conversations, reflective practices, time in nature, and the extraordinary landscape of Ghost Ranch, you'll strengthen the capacities that matter most—not only for leadership, but for life: clarity, emotional intelligence, resilience, creativity, communication, intentional decision-making, and the ability to lead yourself before leading anyone else.
Georgia O'Keeffe first came to Ghost Ranch for its breathtaking beauty, but she returned because it gave her something much rarer: perspective. Here, surrounded by ancient mesas and endless skies, she created a life that reflected her deepest values rather than everyone else's expectations.
That same invitation exists today.
We'll provide the framework, thoughtful facilitation, and just enough guidance to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Ghost Ranch provides something no curriculum can: silence, awe, and the space to hear yourself think again.
You'll leave with practical tools, renewed energy, meaningful connections, and perhaps most importantly, the clarity and confidence to make decisions that align with the life you want to create.
Because this experience develops leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, strategic thinking, and other foundational human skills, many participants are able to use professional development funds or receive sponsorship from their employer.

Fireside Conversations Inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe – We’ll gather around the fire to reflect on a short pre-readabout O’Keeffe. Her deliberate way of living becomes a spark for open conversation about what truly matters in our own lives.
Guided Reflection & Coaching – In pairs and small groups, you’ll explore what feels most important right now. With simple prompts and relaxed dialogue, you’ll notice what gives you energy — and how to invite more of it into daily life.
Mindful Movement & Stillness – Quiet pauses to help you feel grounded and present.
Mineral Spa Soak – We’ll rest and rejuvenate in Ojo Caliente’s natural hot springs — a true delight for body and spirit.
An Intimate Circle – A small, welcoming community where you can share experiences and insights with ease. Many participants discover lasting friendships and peer mentors this way.
Time to Just Be – Spacious moments to wander, journal, or simply rest. No agenda — just time for yourself and the beauty of the high desert. People are losing touch with themselves while chasing success. We push, we strive, and sometimes we forget to pause and ask: What really matters?

Leah N'Diaye is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and founder of Lion's Tooth Leadership. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, she helps high achievers create lives that feel aligned, not just accomplished.
Before founding Lion's Tooth Leadership, Leah spent more than 20 years as a management consultant and organizational development leader, helping organizations navigate transformation, mergers, and large-scale change. She has led her own teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and coached executives and leaders across industries, including teaching mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills to banking leaders in Silicon Valley. She knows firsthand what it's like to feel the constant pull between performance, family, ambition, and well-being, and she understands the pressure of trying to lead others without losing yourself in the process.
As a wife, mother of twins, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of human development, Leah has spent years exploring what truly creates a meaningful and sustainable life. She believes the most important skills we develop aren't just technical, they are also the human skills that determine how we lead, make decisions, build relationships, and experience our lives.
Through the Internal Compass™ Workshop, Leah combines evidence-based coaching, practical leadership experience, reflective practices, and meaningful conversation to help people reconnect with themselves. Participants leave with greater clarity, practical tools they can use immediately, and a renewed sense of direction, both professionally and personally.

Emily joins us as a co-facilitator, bringing practices that help participants stay grounded while life is in motion.
In addition to her work in the program, Emily runs her own wellness business as a yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, massage therapist, and guide for people seeking greater balance in their lives. As a dedicated single mom and business owner, she understands firsthand the real balancing act between work, family, and caring for yourself. Her work comes from lived experience, not theory.
Emily weaves mindfulness into everyday life. Through nature, play, movement, breath work, and practical tools, she helps others discover simple ways to create moments of steadiness and presence—even in the middle of busy lives.
Her approach is warm, practical, and deeply human. She reminds people that caring for themselves is not selfish; it’s what makes it possible to care for everything else that matters.Because calm isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.

Kate Zappitelli is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and Principal at Karrikins Group, where she helps leaders and teams build alignment, strengthen relationships, and lead through change. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with more than 15 years of experience developing leaders.
Kate joined the April 2026 Internal Compass™ Workshop as a participant and found the experience deeply meaningful. She returns this year as a Guest Mentor Coach because she believes in the power of this work and wanted to give back to a community that had such a positive impact on her. Throughout the weekend, she'll be available to support participants and contribute to the shared learning experience.
Hear from our 2026 participant, Alli.
When asked what she would say to someone considering the development opportunity, Alli's answer was simple: "Just do it."
She shared that spending time with dynamic people in a breathtaking setting was deeply enriching and said she would do it again in a heartbeat.
Each participant will receive a beautifully designed Workbook and Journal created exclusively for this experience. Inside, you’ll find gentle prompts and reflection pages that help you explore your Internal Compass™.
Your Internal Compass™ points you toward choices that feel aligned and true — especially when life feels uncertain. This journal helps you pause, notice, and capture those quiet inner signals that too often get drowned out by the noise of everyday life. It’s not about completing worksheets — it’s about creating space to listen inward. It’s where you’ll collect insights, aha moments, and truths you want to carry home. Think of it as both a keepsake and a compass — something to return to anytime you need clarity, calm, or a reminder of what truly matters.
Depending on how deeply you lean into reflection, you may leave with greater clarity about what truly matters, a simple framework for making aligned decisions, and renewed confidence to move forward with purpose — no matter which way the wind blows.

Dress code: Casual and comfortable is the vibe — think clothes you can breathe in. It’s New Mexico, so if you’ve got cowgirl/boy boots, this is the place to show them off! Pack layers for cool, windy, and hot weather. The high desert likes to keep us guessing.
If you do Yoga: Pack easy, comfortable yoga clothes.
If you are going to Ojo Caliente Hot Springs: Bring a bathing suit, flip flops, and a bathrobe. (If you’d rather travel light, you can rent a robe and slippers at the springs for $20)
Ranch Accommodations: Rooms are simple and cozy — no alarm clock, one bar of soap, and no hair dryer. Linens and towels are provided.
Recommended Items (It’s a little like camp!)
✨ Bring whatever else helps you feel relaxed and at ease.
Weather is usually sunny and we are high in altitude so bring layers, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. It means that it can go from being warm to cold very quickly in the high desert. Check the weather before you leave.
Also, the altitude at Ghost Ranch is 7541 ft / 2298 m. Be sure to learn about the impacts of high altitude and be ready to accept the risks. Basically you need to drink a lot of water and pay attention to yourself if you feel tired.
The Ranch cafeteria always offers vegetarian options, though fully vegan meals can be more limited. When you book your room, you’ll be asked if you’d like meals included. There’s also a small kitchen available for our group, with a refrigerator where you can store any food you bring.
When reserving your accommodations, you can let them know if you prefer not to have cafeteria meals included, so you won’t be charged. Or you can mix and match — enjoy some meals from the cafeteria and prepare others yourself. There’s plenty of flexibility.
You can rent a car, it's approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to Abiquiu. If enough of you are flying in from another city we can look into carpooling from the airport. We won't know this until we know who is attending the workshop.
If you are coming from Albuquerque as a local and are willing to carpool, do let us know so that we can coordinate.
If you are coming from Santa Fe and you don't have a car/don't want to drive, there is information on the ghostranch.org website about White Buffalo Shuttle which picks you up at the Sage Inn in Santa Fe. Their phone number is 831.359.8077 or you can email them at nivek@cruzio.com. Otherwise another option is Groometransportation.com and their phone number is 505.474.5696. Lion's Tooth Leadership has no affiliation with these transportation services.
Yes, It’s spotty so plan on a digital detox somewhat. Wi-Fi is offered in several areas of the Ranch, including the Welcome Center, Library and Dining Hall.
Yes, the studio tour is an option if tickets are available. Ghost Ranch is where O’Keefe originally stayed when she first arrived in the West and then later she built her home in Abiquiu. They are two separate but related locations. So there is time on Saturday afternoon to visit her home studio and we suggest that you reserve months in advance, so be sure to plan accordingly.
We’ll have basic first-aid supplies on hand, but please plan ahead — bring all of your personal medications and let someone you trust know where they are. If you’d like, you can also share your emergency contact information with a member of the team.
There will be no live medical staff on site. In the event of serious illness or urgent medical needs, the nearest facilities are:
✨ Being prepared with your own medications and an emergency contact ensures you can fully relax and enjoy your time here.
🐾 Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
👨👩👧 Family & Friends: You do have two options if you’d like to bring a spouse, partner, or child:
This way you get to choose what works best for you and your family.

"I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was here. The combination of yoga, reflection, and activities helped me both relax and reconnect with myself. I feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded."
“This wasn’t your typical workshop with rigid schedules or stuffy lectures. It was collaborative, fun, and flexible. I laughed, I stretched, I rested, and I connected with amazing people. It reminded me of summer camp — in the best way.”
"The flow of yoga, quiet moments, and group activities struck the exact balance I needed. The facilitators were incredibly responsive and made sure everyone had space to shape the experience for themselves."
“I loved how adaptable the workshop felt. If I needed stillness, I got that. If I wanted connection, it was right there. The facilitators held structure but left room for our needs. I walked away relaxed and with new energy for my work and life.”
“I’m usually the planner, the doer, the one holding it all together. This workshop gave me space to put that down. Between the yoga, the hot springs, and the gentle reflection prompts, I remembered what it feels like to breathe deeply and move at my own pace.”
“The setting alone was medicine — wide skies, fresh air, and stars at night. Add in the thoughtful facilitation and flexible schedule, and it became one of the most restorative experiences I’ve ever had. I came back home more centered, with clarity about what matters most.”
